To which Raid Group are you Applying?
RG2
Experience
Was main tank for the entirity of ToS and Antorus Heroic as well as off-spec DPS on Heroic when requested
Raid Role
Main Tank, I would make sure my logs were improving and if they weren't I would adjust accordingly. It worked quite well as it managed to get me all the way to 8th in the all star list of Blood DK Healing on Warcraft Logs https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/ ... metric=hps
Also off-spec Frost when asked of me.
Your Spec
Put simply, more Haste equals more Death Strikes, well times cool-downs really makes all my passive procs and active defensives incredibly powerful.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I admit that my DPS could be better but it is still passable for heroic.
Communication
I absolutely love getting to know new people and I will essentially always be on mic if in a raid. I am also very happy to use the forums as well as checking in regularly for any updates.

Your UI
I keep my UI Clean and simple, to keep my situation awareness sharp. I've tried the opposite but I prefer this to lots of clunky and vision blocking UI

Guild History
I am fairly new to the game, started half way through legion so the only other guild I have been in is Daydream. I moved because of a very drastic change in leadership that inevitably tore the guild apart.
Raid availability
I will be able to make all raid times, and in the rare occasion that I couldn't then I would inform people of my absence.

Found on WoWProgress, was looking for a guild that's actively doing HC raiding and wants to progress to Mythic
