Who are you?
Hey there, my Name is Jan I am 34 and am originally from Germany but am living in switzerland for 8 years now.
Experience
My prior experience ranges from Realmfirst Vanilla back in the day till the End of Legion and then came back to BfA. I have at least got curve while it was still rather fresh content. Sadly i lost my old Vanilla Account after the break.
This Tier i did 3M in Raid and KSM in M+ for upgrading Gear.
Regarding Classes I have played, I have been playing multiple Characters. Mainly Tanking and DPS on the DK, healing on a Pally. Iam familiar with most classes and specs if there is a need to swap. (I am unable to play Arcane Mageasnd Disc Priest, Playstyle doesn't fit me)
Raid Role
Current Role was Raid LEad / 2nd Raid Lead and has usually been this way for me. Though I am happy to just follow another Lead
Preparation is usually reading Boss Guides, Videos, Class Guides, WoWHead, comparing in WCLogs.
Your Spec
I'd like to refrain from writing too much here. I go for an optimized build while checking priorities and CD timings. WCLogs should show Orders and Prio quite well. PS: don't want to sound rude here. Simming my Gear.
Off-specs and Alternative characters
I can play a variety of classes and switch Specs from Boss to Boss. This Tier i played Mage and Pally mostly in Raid and M+.

I just played those on the side, so no HC Logs on some of these.
Communication
I use a Headset and use Discord Daily. No problems in communicating in a fight and checking Infos on DC.

Your UI
I don^t have a current Picture, because I didn't play for a while and everything is outdated. I have been using Naowh UI mostly.
Guild History
The last Guilds I have been in were rather small so I moved to (forgot the Name) and met Morghayne/Nikki there. Then went to "Band of a hundred Men" after some Members of the old Guild went mental. So far I am still in Band of a hundred Men and Raided M+ with a Community on the Server.
Raid availability
I am usually felxible past 17:30 throughout the week. Weekends are flexible aswell.
References
Your Guild was recommended by Morghayne/Nikki and would like to play the next Tier again with her and of course you all. So Raidteam wise would be appreciated to be in the same Roster with her, if it works out for me.
