As many of us experienced server(and BG)wide latencies today, I'm posting a link to the status thread on official forums.

Not exactly anything helpful in there (really, only thing to do now for real is to wait for them to fix the issues and get a few nice reimbursed days for free), but at least good to know that Defias is not alone.
Latency issues
Every single time there are issues with lag and latency they ask us to post a tracert. It's become laughable.
Clearly the problem lies somewhere between Telia and the Blizz equipment. This has been shown time and time and time again. But do they actually do something about it? Nope. They ask us to post more traceroutes, hoping that will shut us up for a bit, while the techies at Blizz continue picking their own noses and chasing secretaries around the offices.
