Re: left 4 dead
Yes, but I want physical box that doesn't vanish if Steam goes belly-up a decade from now and takes all my games with it. So yes, I'll pay that extra 15 euros.

Re: left 4 dead
I just placed order in Play.com for L4D2 - will probably arrive "soon". So if others are interested in this I'm up for playing (sporadically, mostly on weekends).

Re: WoW rig
Heck, my old 1,2GHz Celeron II still served me nicely throughout Burning Crusade
Only thing was that the mobo didn't accept more than 384 MB of memory so Shattrath/Ironforge (in lagforge days) was a bit laggy due to all the paging. I leveled 3 chars to 70 with that thing

Re: Application: Enigbo, Rogue, 18, Combat spec (eventually)
I'd like to ask you about your "requirements" on PvP and RP. Since although some of our members do participate in PvP, "official" guild PvP is rather limited to rare occasions (e.g. Guild meeting after-actions). Same applies (to a lesser extent) to RP, that while there is guild lore and all that, th...

Re: Aenara, shaman application
Re PvP and the fact that you are used to leading - we consider ourselves more or less jack-of-all-trades guild but our organized PvP has been sorely lacking apart from the occasional barrens run. If you aren't interested in extra duties, that's ok, but if accepted, would you be interested in perhaps...

Re: Dragon Age: Origins
There *is* ton of lore in WoW if you bother to read quest descriptions. But that's part of the beauty - if you care, you can read them, if not, you can just skip to the task "Kill X chickens". Also, there's books (check out IF's library sometimes), scrolls, etc. You don't need to read'em, but it's a...

Re: Dragon Age: Origins
Actually, I didn't like IWD and NWN too much - IWD was, well, quite a lot like the books with tons of fighting, and the first NWN didn't really work that well out (the promised "you can be just like pen&paper GM" failed for me). The sequels and addendums were ok. Baldur's Gate II with the unofficial...

Verdisil, in Osaka you can find Ghibli store in Tempozan mall area, in Hiroshima it's in the Hondori shopping street. In Tokyo - well, you can just visit Ghibli museum near Mitaka

Yes they do. It just us gaijins using it to mean specifically Japanese animation. If they specifically mean outlandish, then it's "western anime" or similar.Khila wrote:I wonder though if Japanese use the term anime for outlandish animation as well.
